1. General provisions
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the Studies & Careers agency (the “Agency”) and users of the studcar-design.kz website (the “Website”). By using the Website, submitting a request or registering for an event, you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them in full.
2. Agency services
The Agency provides information and advisory support on admission to international schools — Istituto Marangoni, NABA, Domus Academy and Atelier Chardon Savard. Website materials are provided for information purposes and do not constitute a public offer. Tuition terms, programme fees and admission requirements are set by the schools and may change without prior notice.
3. Consultations and events
Booking of consultations and event registration is carried out through the forms on the Website. The Agency may change the date, time or format of an event, notifying registered participants via the contact details they provided. Users undertake to provide accurate contact details.
4. Communications
By submitting a request on the Website, you consent to receive messages from the Agency via the contact details you provide — by phone, email and messengers, including WhatsApp: service notifications about your booking, event reminders and informational messages. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp or by contacting us using the details published on the Website.
5. Intellectual property
All Website materials — texts, images, logos and design elements — belong to the Agency or its partners and are protected by copyright law. Copying, distribution or any other use of the materials without written permission is prohibited. Trademarks of the schools belong to their respective owners.
6. Limitation of liability
Information on the Website is provided “as is”. The Agency keeps it up to date but does not guarantee the absence of inaccuracies. Decisions on admission, scholarships and visas are made by the schools and government authorities — the Agency cannot guarantee admission and bears no responsibility for such decisions.
7. Personal data
Users’ personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Website and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Its Protection”.
8. Changes to the Terms
The Agency may amend these Terms unilaterally. The new version takes effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new version.
