How much do your services cost?

I have 11 years of schooling — can I apply for a Bachelor's?

Accepted Answer

No. European universities require 12 years of secondary education, so students from Kazakhstan's 11-year school system cannot enrol directly in a Bachelor's programme. This is solved through a Foundation Year (9–10 months): NABA and Istituto Marangoni offer Foundation programmes specifically for this. Afterwards, you enter Year 1 of the Bachelor's.

Do I need a portfolio?

For design and fashion programmes — yes, typically up to 10 creative works. No special training is required: we help you compile and present your portfolio. For business, communications and management programmes, no portfolio is needed.

Do I need an IELTS certificate?

Most programmes require IELTS from 5.0–5.5 (or TOEFL, Cambridge, PTE). If you don't have a certificate, some schools offer their own entrance test. Check the requirements for your specific programme.

When should I apply?

We recommend starting 6–9 months before your intended start date. Be sure to account for student visa processing, which takes up to 90 days — plan for this well in advance.

What documents do I need?

The standard package includes: diploma or certificate with apostille and embassy legalisation, notarised certified translation, motivation letter, CV, language certificate, and portfolio (for creative programmes). Master's applicants also need recommendation letters. We assist with compiling the full document package.

How do I get a student visa?

You will need a long-stay Type D student visa from the Italian or French Embassy in Astana. Processing takes approximately 90 days. We guide you through the entire process, from document preparation to submission at the embassy.

How much does studying cost?

It depends on the school and programme level. As a guide: Atelier Chardon Savard (Paris) — from €11,850/year; NABA and Istituto Marangoni — from €22,250/year (Bachelor's); Domus Academy — from €22,200/year (Master's). Our agency fees are not included in these costs — they are free for you.
